They forgot to put the sauce with chicken balls - and i live to far to go get it - when i called I was Blamed for not checking... my order - and as the conversation whent on - i just couldnt beleive what i was hearing - been loyal customer for over 20 years and whent there often - now i wont be going back cause of the way they handled the situation - terrible customer service :( andnow they offering money back in this post but on phone would not give me money back if if i drove back - his attitude was lotsof ppl eat it without sauce and as we all know - chicken balls without sauce dont taste great - funny how you get refund onlinebut did not get the same response on the phone :( Read more
Food is good, but the service could use some work. A few times I?ve ordered for a certain time and it hasn?t been ready, crazy... wait times for delivery. Hire more staff! Read more

Foods always really good. But the girl that works there with red hair was a real rude on the phone kept cutting me off and... messed up the order. Then was even more rude in person. Wouldn?t even look at me and the only thing she said was the total whenI was there. I felt very unwelcome. Ordered from this restaurant last night for the first time. We placed an order an hour before closing time and was expecting the... food to not be fresh. It was so fresh, and hot and delicious! The girl taking our order was super accommodating. The deliveryperson super friendly. And only $5.00 to deliver. The wonton soup is absolutely to die for. My only regret is that we have beenliving in Chelmsford for eight years and this is the first time we ordered from this restaurant. It is my family's new favorite! Read more
