Not sure how they get 4.1 stars. The last few times we’ve gone to this restaurant we’ve had absolutely horrible customer... service - waiting 45 minutes for a pop is absolutely ridiculous especially when there’s only a small handful of tables (andnot the only server on the floor either) in the restaurant let alone 25 minutes for the server to even come and take our drinkorders/present herself to the table the first time to begin with. Food hasn’t been that great either, cold fries, hair in myfood, along with a wide variety of other issues and not even an apology or to try to make things right/better. Tonight was thelast straw though, I went in to get something to eat and I waited 20 minutes at the door waiting to be seated (the sign says toplease wait to be seated) and 2 servers walked by me and didn’t even acknowledge my presence at the door even when I saidhello to which I just turned around and walked out. Customer service definitely isn’t a top priority there and from what I cansee at the door there wasn’t very many people in the restaurant and the servers were just chatting at the bar. Read more

INSECTS IN FOOD! Ordered shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, and a Caesar salad. All in total cost $30. The sauce is from a jar, and the... shrimps were tasteless without seasoning. The salad was the best of it all until I had found not one but TWO dead flies in it.Disgusted and don’t imagine me eating there again. Read more

Sadly, seems they were being run ragged when I showed up. I was there around 7-7:30pm on a Friday night. Parts of my order were... forgotten, but corrected once I mentioned their forgetfulness. I've had food at Cousin Vinny's in Hanmer without issue and wasexpecting the same. Mind you, this was a few years pre-covid so that might have been a factor. $48 for 2 breakfast buffets and not one plate was clean, not one. Absolotely hilarious, stacks of plates with food and greese... all over. The staff appologized LMMFAO And you could'nt order coffee, they were waiting for people to finish their coffee sothey can clean their cup and serve other waiting customers, wonder how they cleaned those LOL... Customer service is not a priority here. Super slow service. Chips were cold. Fish tasted like it was reheated. Cold slaw was... mush. Restaurant not maintained. Front entrance area very dirty. Do yourself a favour and take your hard earned money and spendsomewhere else. Read more

Service was pretty slow, waitress forgot the kids waters and my rice was extremely salty and my chicken was tough. When I asked... for fried to replace my fries they were hard, under cooked.
