It's no wonder drive thru is always backed up, the staff move at glacier speed and the cook has to ring the bell a hundred times... before they get the food served. I even told them that food was sitting there a few times but was ignored. The manager justwalked by like there wasn't a restaurant full of people. Firstly, i went to use the App to get points, they don't use it, I ordered chicken fingers, I got pieces, apparently they don't... do combos either, and lastly the front end staff should speak English better, very hard to understand this guy, verydisappointed for 15 dollars this is what I got really not happy Read more
Place is pretty fast at making ice cream and have yet to get an order wrong. Unfortunately when it's busy, they seem to make the... orders too fast and by the time you get to the window to pay, the ice cream is already half melted and drips everywhere in thecar. Read more
