I was so disappointed, I ordered a steak sub then asked for them to add lettuce and tomato and they did but before they toasted... it so when I got it the lettuce and tomato were gross and wilted. Then to make matters worst the staff who was working the cashthen turned around and grabbed my sub with his dirty unwashed hands. I tried to order a poutine at 11:30am on a Tuesday and was told they were cleaning out the deep fryer. I figured it was weird... that they were cleaning the deep fryer at lunch time but whatever, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I then ordered apoutine on Wednesday, a bacon cheeseburger poutine, and there was neither any beef nor bacon on or in the poutine. When I calledabout it, I was told there should be some on there, maybe it's under the sauce. The person on the phone then said to someoneelse in the restaurant "He's trying to say there's no meat on the poutinr" and I was then put on hold. I just hung up after 10minutes of being on hold. Trust me when I tell you that I checked and there wasn't a speck of meat in the whole poutine. Wasteof money and very poor customer service. Read more
