Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. I got charged for a coffee I never received on the basis that they did not recognize... ringing me up when it was them that did not give me my receipt, which I saw come out of the machine after the transaction. Ishowed my banking app as well to verify that I made a purchase but because it was under pending, it did not appear inchronological order, which the employees did not seem to comprehend and didn't believe me.
