Why this dunkin ave 4 stars because This place is horrible in the drive thru when you order a specific coffee or any sandwich... they don't want to speak clear or they always playing around putting bad faces also is a spanish community when they areobligated to speak only english when you are Spanish u don't know if is a manager fault or u ever they makes them speak onlyEnglish me I won't go back because is horrible management and training this going on everett ave in Chelsea mass???????????? Why can't I ever get my coffee from this Dunkins the way I ask for it???? I mean, I'm not asking it for free, I AM A PAYING... CUSTOMER AND WANT MY COFFEE THE WAY I ASK FOR IT, and it's only when the young men are working in the afternoons. Might needmore training. Read more
Best Dunks in the area, drive thru is usually busy, but moves fast. The employees are always friendly and the coffee is made... exactly how you like it. I come here multiple times a week, never an issue. Read more
It's good most of the employees are good worker. But I went there the other day I ask for sticky bun the was girl taking care of... my order she give me my order in clear plastic container without a bag. I had to ask for bag she then put the bag on the counterfor me to put my order in the bag my self. There were many customers with order given with their orders bagged by the employeethat was helping the customer. So I thought that was not very good service for me by the girl Read more
