This place is quite possibly the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. We came to the drive through and waited nearly 15 minutes to... speak with someone over the monitor when we came up to it and again another 15 minutes for our food and drink to come out. Whenour food finally came out, we were missing items from the order and then needed to wait another 10 minutes to get the missingparts. The coffee tastes like moldy coffee machine, not fresh AT ALL and all of the food was cold and nasty when we received it,tasted like plastic. 10/10 don?t recommend and I honestly believe a refund should be granted because nobody should have to wait30+ minutes for services that should only take 5 minutes nor should anyone receive cold, stale food and old coffee. Never again! We were waiting for more than 15 minutes and the guy didn?t even answer us, he was disrespectful my 70 years old... aunt who wanted a regular coffee, don?t come on Thursday at the afternoon if you don?t want to meet a this guy! Read more

I went to this Dunkin? Donuts after my daughter was discharged from the hospital from having an invasive surgery it was the... Dunkin? Donuts that I knew could make my coffee in the middle of the night correctly and I needed it my daughter however losther stuffed animal in the parking lot of that Dunkin? Two days in a row I got grounds in my iced macchiato? I actually asked them this morning to make sure there weren?t any. The... manager (I assume- no uniform) even looked at the bottom of my drink. But once it settled, there they were. I?ve had many issueswith them getting my order wrong over the last year or so but kept giving them a chance. This is enough for me. Read more

Dude at the counter was very rude. I was clearly wasting his time by ordering. He obviously didn't want to give me a second to... make up my mind. Nobody behind me. Didn't actually hear him say a single word. Asked about the menu and and his answer was "whatdo you want" in a very impatient manner, like the guy had anything else to do. He personally made my "Frappuccino" equivalentand all it is is a cup of hot, bitter coffee. No exaggeration. Hot, bitter, completely pain coffee that he somehow managed topile almost 2 inches of foam on top. Not whipped cream or anything cool like that. Literal bubbles. Foam. That i paid for. Ilove asking for a Frappuccino equivalent and getting ? bitter coffee and ? bubbles. Need to reevaluate that bs employee. Heain't worth whatever he's getting paid. Not worth minimum wage. Read more
