Great customer service very friendly staff
Ran over to this DD while awaiting the hotel shuttle to return to the airport. Service was expedient. The line moved rapidly... thanks to efficient service. I had a cup of Original and a Boston Kreme donut. All was well. I highly recommend this Dunkinwhen in the Chelsea area! Read more

The people in there were very nice
This has to be the nicest Dunkin I?ve ever been too. There is never a long line and the people are super fast and have the... nicest customer service. Even though this place is like 5 miles from my house it is always worth it. I?m able to charge my phonewhile I sit down and the coffee and drinks are fantastic. There was a day where one of the employees accidentally messed up myorder but she was very caring about her mistake and was very apologetic about it and she gave me a free drink to make up for itwhich was very nice. This is also the perfect spot to warm up if it?s too cold outside to wait for the silver line and it?s verywarm. Really love this place. Read more
