Amazing burgers! Super clean dining area and virtually no wait time.
Staying in an Inn with no restaurant (and terrible service!), I went to Five Guys for the first time and was positively... impressed. Stopped in for dinner. I had the bacon cheeseburger and little fries order with a regular soft drink. My order was ready quick... after ordering. This Five Guys location has two Coke Free Style machines. So no long lines to get a refill, very good! Theburger was good, but a bit messy. I used a fork and knife after a couple of bites. The French Fries were good and hot. Thelittle order of fries was a generous portion also. And I also nibbled on the free peanuts offered. Food wise the Five Guys wasexcellent! The dining room was clean and well attended too. All tables were clean. Good job! This Five Guys location issuperb and I highly recommend dining here. Read more
Ordered a burger and had it delivered on 08/11/21. When it got here it had everything on it but the MEAT and Cheese. How do you... forget to put meat on a burger? Called them and the manager was not there and that there was nothing they could do about it,called corporate and they said I would be getting a refund, still no refund yet a week later. Had previously only tried a 5 Guys in, ironically enough, Chelsea NYC. It wasn't very good... Decided to give it another go,... since this was across from my hotel and was glad I did. Good service, hot & yummy burger and generous portion of fries. Not badwith covid protocols either. Definitely would give 5 Guys another shot now. Hands down best fries and arguably one of best burgers around! Service at this location really stood out... arrived 10 minutes... before closing when staff was already cleaning out, happily took my order and made a great burger and fresh batch of fries.Thank you!!! Read more
Ordered a BLT with mayo. Asked for burnt f-ing bacon. I like mine very crispy. Vs. Oinking or (raw ) pink or white parts.. This... was served to me on a hamburger buns. The amount of bacon was nasty. The bacon wasn't crisping to me. I don't believe inreturning a burger to the kitchen. Reason. If place can't give me a meal, burger, entree like a 4 star restaurant. It's notworth eating there.. Great five guys. Clean restaurant including the bathroom. Got my food fast, no complaints!
