This McDonald's is not only in THEE most sketchiest part of Broadway but the workers themselves are barely competent at their... jobs. I get being an immigrant and not immediately understanding the language or culture but if you have ABSOLUTELY ZEROEXPERIENCE with this country you really shouldn't be working. I don't care WHAT your situation. Don't work until you can atleastsemi speak the language and this is coming from a fellow Latino. This isn't Latin America this is the United States of America.English is spoken here and we expect workers to be AT LEAST semi competent at their service role jobs. Just don't go to thisMcDonald's. What's funny enough there are plenty of other Latino restaurants literally minutes away that specialize in fastservice who SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. Read more
I pay 9.75 for 2 Large Fries, so normaly is a meal combo with soda lol! Crazy but this is Chelsea lol

What can I say? It's a standard functional mcdonalds with standard McDonald's food and quality. Which is to say there is nothing... notably wrong with this place. Decent overall McDonald's but nothing special. Read more
On a 90 degree day I decided to take my pup to get ice cream cup . My service dog . They asked if she was one and I said yes... while she was sitting quietly in my arms . They asked for my papers ( which you legally can?t do !!) and they tried denying meservice . But I told them it?s 90 degrees out I?m not leaving her outside and all im asking is for an ice cream cup ?you guysallow junkies in and out but not SD. Read more
The French fries taste bad. I don't drive. I took uber home. They did not give me the entire order and you can't call them. 4... oz before cooking BS! The one burger I did get after being cooked weighs 1 1/2 oz! Maybe I should call the Board of Health andgive them the fries! Read more
Staff were rude and seemed aggravated to be at work. The negative energy was quite strong.
