The last 2 times I have been there have been diasterous! The staff took our order reasonably quickly and we waited for almost... an hour to get our food. When it was delivered my husband only got part of his order. We called the server over and she saidthey had run our of the food he had ordered. No one even gave him the information or a chance to reorder something else. Thenwe thought we would try it again!! The wait staff didn't even acknowledge us or take our order after waiting 20 minutes, wejust go up and left. I understand that they might have been busy, but communication goes a long way in keeping customers comingback! I doubt we will return. Read more
Love this place great food and can watch hockey practices and games thru the plexiglass. Very reasonable pricing and they have... an elevator to the second floor where the restaurant is located if guests do not want to navigate the stairs. Read more
Food: Breakaway Burger: Not made the way I ordered Onions were overpowering and bitter Fries were good, little too salty but... still good. Soda: Dr Pepper wasn't actually Dr. Pepper but was ?some gross off brand. Waitress lied saying "Here is your DrPepper" Service: waitress was friendly and attentive. Ambiance: Music was good EXCEPT for the songs that used profanity. ClearF-Words in some of the music. With kids there no less. Flashing lights were hard on my eyes, if you have epilepsy don't eathere. If it wasn't for the fries I'd be leaving 1 or 2 stats.. I don't think I'll be comming back anytime soon Read more
Went here for my son?s 9th birthday as it was described as ?family friendly?. He ordered spaghetti and meatballs, I got the... nachos, and my wife got a cup of soup and a side salad. Food took almost an hour to arrive. When it did, they didn?t have themeatballs for my son?s spaghetti and screwed up my nachos. Took another 30 minutes after that to get the nachos, and 30 minutesto get my son?s root beer float. Server was unfriendly the whole time. Not one dish was cleared from our table at any point.The female manager tried to make it right, but is was a miserable experience, especially for a birthday. Read more
so all their burgers are great (opt for the sweet potato fries, they're well worth it) and possibly all of them have bacon on... them but recently I tried one that had serious bacon on it -- top AND bottom layers of bacon were thicker than the beef !! Delish !! They also have wonderful pizza's, a great fish fry, and salads that are always fresh and plentiful (add the chicken). A multitude of craft beers, wines, and a full bar. Always some food and drink specials and numerous TV's to hang out and watcha game or a replay.. relaxed vibe, they're happy for you to stay, hang out, and relax... Read more
We got the stuffed pizza and seriously the best pizza I've had in a long time. The wings where dare I say ???? better than... buffalo wild wings????. The price was fair and we definitely want to come again sometime soon. Read more
Great breakfast! Hands-down the best biscuits and gravy I've had in a restaurant in a very long time. The size of the pancakes... should be in the Guinness book of world records. Wonderful service and you can't beat the price. I had to do a double take atour bill because I didn't think we were charged enough. I thought something must be missing. Nope!
