Burnt my cheese bread and calzone And wasnt wearing both gloves nasty unsanitary
I placed an order online and went to pick up my order and they did not have any record of it. I get that mistakes happen... especially with web portal. why I took my business permanently to Thompsons is because the manager didn?t offer to make me thepizzas and repeatedly kept saying ?sorry we don?t have your order.? Happy for vegan cheese and meatless sausage options. Yummy sweet red peppers for topping. However, when compared to the Ann... Arbor Cottage Inn, it pales in comparison. The Chelsea store tends to be skimpy on cheese. Best to order double. Read more
Definitely the best pizza in town. Tired of being let down by the other overrated pizza place in town, its just not good pizza.... Period. Cottage inn IS though. It's consistent, great pizza and the staff is always super friendly. All the delivery peopleI've met have been great and the food tends to show up in half the time they estimate. Order here pretty regularly never had any issues . They started delivering to my house so we ordered online they where 10 min... late no biggie well after checking my bank account they charged me an extra $4 . Called spoke with the manager who was verydefensive and rude they fixed it . But after questioning her driver tipping herself she blamed us . Will not be back to thislocation Thompsons or jets .
