terrible service even when they see you and are not busy. only one order in the Q with 2 workers no greeting even when they were... standing right by me. Ignored me finally left. Will not go back lost a 1/2 dozen donut sale for a local business too and this isnot the first time this has happened. I have seen this when others are in line too. I frequently visit this store, normally the employees are wonderful but the Dirty Blonde Girl with the Nose Ring, Gauges and... HICKEYS all over her neck was useless. Her employees had to work around her and she forgot to make 2 coffees for people standingin the line for 10 minutes. Read more

Food is about what you expect but anything hot takes a LONG time so skip this Dunkin if you're short on time and want anything... other than a donut. Even hot drinks take time to make and I've only ever seen two staff members working at a time- they canonly move so fast. They make up for the wait, however, with friendly attitudes and conversation. As for atmosphere, it's locatedin a gas station quick mart but still manages to look pretty due to the layout and renovations to the store. Cutesy seasonaldecor and that friendliness goes a long way. Plus, it's the only Dunkin for miles, so if you have a preference, this is youronly choice for that delicious coffee. Read more

Enjoy Dunkin? however waiting 30+ minutes from the time ordered for one coffee and donut is ridiculous. This means that it takes... 10+ minutes for an order to be filled as I was third in line. Definitely will consider coming back as the wait is not worth it. Read more

It was great when it first opened. Now it's just terrible everytime I go there. I used to go multiple times a week before work... but over the last month, things have been going downhill. They are always out of cold brew and nitro. Sometimes they give me"cold brew" but it's just brown water. I will not be coming back here until things change. The employees never know what's goingon, I'm starting to doubt they were ever trained and the manager leaves these untrained employees at the store alone to fend forthemselves. Read more

Well, to start off I was first happy when I saw the Dunkin donuts sign and I decided to give it a try because it was on my way... to work and the drive thru made it very convent. I went a total of 4 times I think and unfortunately I'm very upset with theirservice. I have loads of patience and understand humans make mistakes but 3 times is to much and inexcusable. Like the oldsaying goes in Baseball, " three strikes and you are OUT!" It's a shame to because the two woman the work the morning are verynice and that was the main reason why I kept going back but this morning was the last straw. I wouldn't of been as upset if itwas just for me but today and yesterday morning it was for a friend of mine and her stuff was missing. My whole ride to work wasawful and than feeling like I let my friend down made me feel worse. I couldn't even call the store because there is NO numberto call. That infuriated me too. What Business has no number to call.... I also went back earlier this evening after 4pm tocomplain in person and unlike the two ladies that work the morning and are very pleasant this lady was extremely rude and justleft me hanging at the drive thru. I tried to tell her why I was there and she didn't care obviously. I want a full refund forthis mornings bad experience and would like to speak to the Owner/ Manager. I have over 20yrs of Customer Service experienceand I know what proper etiquette means! Grrrr! ???????? Read more
