The food was overall good but my enchilada dinner was cold when served, which is likely the fault of the kitchen. They didn?t... seem that busy but kind of inefficient and slow. The waitress needed more training?. she forgot our water, made multiple tripsto the table without bringing all requested items & didn?t take empty platters with her, which made her job unnecessarilyharder. Average Mexican food restaurant with all the typical cuisine. The waitress was okay but you could tell she was stressed. Could... be a management attitude affecting why they can't hire or keep staffed. Putting large typed notices all over the place aboutbeing short staffed and raising prices doesn't help the dining experience at all. Service was poor. Waitress never delivered our complete food order. When I asked her about it she went to the kitchen to see if... it was ready she never returned. When she brought the bill I again asked her why she didn't complete our food order. Then shewent to the manager and he subtracted $4 from our bill.
