2nd time I tried to have lunch here...they say they're open til 8pm but they close at 1pm. Disappointing
I had a very bad experience with a steak subway sandwich we purchased 2 Saturdays ago from Chelsea subway. I am giving this... place a zero rating. I had a small roach on my index finger that came from my sandwich. This place is extremely notsanitary. They are supposed to use exterminators to keep this from happening. The older lady that works there was INCREDIBLY RUDE even told me to talk faster . Pretty much threw everything on my bread with... an attitude. Horrible experience. Her attitude was disgusting and unacceptable. Read more
The staff is very friendly, there only like 2-3 people that work there. They are so nice! I go there pretty frequent, they are... quick! Some of them know my order and recognize me! Lovely customer service! Read more
UPDATE: This is not so much the new owner but the owners back in 2002. They intentionally put too much on their plate by working... at other places, trying to raise a kid, and they were ages were really spread out. Not a good way to affectively run a business.This.. the workers there at the time were not that great. Read more
