The workers here are usually super relaxed and conversational. They usually miss at least one item, so make sure to pull up and... check your bags before going home. if they do forget an item, they?re happy to give you a coupon for a free taco which isawesome as well as the item they forgot to give you! Hate to admit I go there almost every night. I order 3 crunchy taco supremes. Sometimes they are hot and crunchy. Sometimes... they are cold and mushy on the bottom, like they?ve been sitting awhile. Tonight they were cold and stale. One night I said Iwould like to order the crunchy taco supremes IF they were made fresh and the person said, ?Oh, we ALWAYS make everythingfresh!?. I suppose that?s true?at some point it WAS made fresh?just not recently. Lol Read more
I'm giving this review because of the experience I had yesterday. I went for breakfast, and there was no breakfast menu. The... girl who was running the till walked me through the breakfast menu and helped me order a vegetarian option. I pulled forwardpaid and was handed a bag with the best thing I've ever eaten from Taco Bell. They even wrote a note saying thank you forwhatever and have a nice day. It changed my whole day. The two girls who were working that morning are awesome and deserveraises and all the good things. I don't know how it is the rest of the time, but that was one of the best customer serviceexperiences I've had. Read more
Hate ordering here, they AWLAYS mess up my order, it never fails. After today I?m officially done going to Taco Bell period.... Your better off going across the street to McDonald?s, at least the food is hot, fresh, and fast. Read more
I'd give this place negative 2 stars if I could. I didn't realize there was a Taco Bell worse than the one on Michigan in... Jackson till today. Just tried to get breakfast this morning. According to TB's own app this place opens at 10AM. I first wentinto the drive thru and was told by a female voice that it'd be about 5 to 10 minutes before they opened. So I said okay andwent back into the parking lot to wait. I saw a guy go up to the doors then walk away cussing a blue streak before leaving. Ishrugged, thinking maybe he was just impatient, because being hungry does that to people. So I gave it ten minutes then walkedup to the door to find it still locked. There were two people inside, a guy and a woman, I could see from the door standingaround by the front counter and talking. I stood there for at least 3 minutes or so, waiting to see if they'd notice meknocking. One of them, a woman, motioned for me to go into the drive thru so I did. Then the guy got on the headset and told meit'd be five to ten minutes. I explained I was just told that by his co-worker. He gave this BS excuse that it was just the twoof them and they were still trying to get set up for the day. Seeing as I just witnessed the two of them standing around andtalking, I felt this was a blatant lie. Don't get me wrong, people. I am among the first in line to tell the world that fastfood workers need to be treated like equals, and that they deserve livable wages, especially if they're working full time. Butbehavior like this is exactly what takes the wind out of those sails for those who are fighting for that. Read more
Showed up at 9:02, waited in the drive thru and tried the doors. Somebody was inside and their posted hours were 9am. We called... and they said that someone didn?t show up so they can?t open yet. We suggested they put up a sign to notify their customers thatthey are still closed. They said they are not allowed to put up signs. Read more
