Do not purchase anything from this Dunkin Donuts Manager and Wife was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered breakfast in drive... thru my order was a small coffee black cream and Splenda on the side and a blueberry donut. I drive off still in parking lot. Ireceived a glaze donut instead had to get back in drive thru because doors was lock to enter the store. Manager. VERY RUDE gaveme a donut that appeared to be eaten by a mouse and my coffee had slime floating on top. I realized this once I got home. Icalled to speak to manager I was hung up on. I drove back to the store to show them my donut and coffee was spoken too VERYRUDELY that I had to call the police to make a report. I have pictures and a police report and I'm writing to corporate aboutthis awful experience. I am happy I didn't drink coffee I don't know what the slimey particles at top of liquid. Read more

Workers are great, but the management and quality of doughnuts is seriously lacking.

I tried to order a hazelnut coffee and was told it was discontinued . I thought that was weird because I purchased that flavor... the previous day and also wanted to purchase k-cups and I was told that they didn't have any and I should go to Starbucks. Horrible place. You go into the drive thru, no one speaks. After waiting for 10min I drove up to the window....where I can see... someone inside. Hours of operation state 7pm online and 8pm on the door. It is now 6:39 and they've locked up. Also, the fool inthere walked out right past me, all 75lbs of his pale self, and didnt even have the courtesy to say "we are closed". Disgusting. Read more

-Management is where the disconnect starts at this establishment. Employees sitting on the counter, eating on the clock, or on... the phone. Ignoring a customer seems like an easy way to lose them. At first site it would seem Employees moral is non-existantand it really all starts with Management who is very grotesque and in need or a bit of training in people skills for someone whoserves the public. -Let's not get started on how filthy the restrooms are. ???? Extremely slow service and my order is always wrong. When it is, the owners, not the workers have a bad attitude. I was told, "... you can wait." I don't recommend going here for efficiency or good service. Sorry thumbs down. I hope they read this critiqueand make the necessary adjustments.
