First time today at this restaurant. The service was excellent. The Butter Chicken was the best I have ever had. The sauce was... perfectly seasoned, smooth and SO enjoyable. The Naan bread was fresh out of the oven. Very tender and again the best I've had.I would highly recommend this restaurant You won't be disappointed. Read more

The food was some of the best Indian food I?ve had. Everything we ordered was fantastic AND gluten-free! Our party all agreed... that it was a Flavour Extravaganza!!! This is a really tasty Indian restaurant, and all the more appealing for being in the small and very pretty area of Chemainus.... We ate dinner here and ordered the chicken curry house speciality, coconut lamb, okra masala, and garlic naan. All weredelicious. We especially liked the chicken curry, which was seasoned delectably. The lamb coconut was a little sweet for ourtaste but the lamb was extremely tender and the dish was good overall. The okra (aka bindi) was delicious, as was the naan. Wealso very much liked that the music was Indian, and not some generic rock or something else. All in all, a very nice way toenjoy an end of the day on Vancouver Island. Read more

Food was excellent. Service good but the beer wasn't cold enough and spicy Indian food goes best with icy cold beer.
