Bruchis has always been hit and miss. The food (when done right) is excellent. The problem is the staff. Most are under trained... and inexperienced. I have only ordered once since the ingredients to the meat lover changed. In my opinion the best sandwichthey had untill they changed it. I just had a take out cheese burger. It would have been great if they had not wrapped it in anair tight piece of tinfoil. Made it so soggy. It's little things like that,that bring the place down. How hard is it to figureout the steam from a buger would ruin the lettuce and the bun? I don't have a degree in thermodynamics but I know that. TheMedical Lake location is the same but they never answere their phone either. Read more

Too bad there aren?t negative stars, I submitted the order which went through, arrived to pick up the food and the lights were... out, The door was locked it was 801 on the iPhone, a girl seated at a booth look like she was waiting to go home, I knocked onthe door and she ignored me. I knocked again and louder and she still ignored me. Knocked on the kitchen door no one answereddespite cars being there, A different girl walked through behind the counter and I banged on the window and made a gesture likeI was entering things on the phone. She met me at the kitchen door and said they were closed and she saw my order but theydidn?t have a working phone. I said she could?ve used her own cell phone to call me back but in any case I found them to berude.. Order never should have been able to go through if they were closed. I?m told she would submit a refund within the nextfew hours. This place sucks Read more

Usually love coming here for a delicious sandwich. Finding casing on every salami in my sandwich was a little disturbing. ... Tried calling to let them know, no answer, left a voicemail describing and no call back, nothing! Threw half my sandwich awaybecause digging through it was unappealing, what a waste of $15! Picked up a couple sandwiches here tonight, we got home they were so sloppy and messy we couldn?t even hold them, 1 larger... pieces of bread and 1 smaller piece of bread were put together to make the 12 inch, and for that reason they just fell apart. Asked for ranch for sides and they were either expired ranch or Caesar dressing couldn?t really tell. Staff was nice that?s theonly reason they aren?t getting 1 star. For a meal that cost $30 definitely beyond disappointed. Read more

Expect cheap mediocre food from a low quality food place (Bruchis). I ordered: Two double cheeses no tomato, no pickle, extra... grilled onions, extra grilled mushrooms, and extra lettuce at ~7:25 (4/23/22). I got: The most compressed burgers ever. I?veheard of smash burgers (and have made 1000s) where you press down a ball of ground beef, but I?ve never heard or seen alsosmashing down the whole entire burger after it?s cooked. I asked for GRILLED onions and mushrooms. Got about 2 slivers of?grilled? (about 1 minute grilled) onion, and exactly 5 slices of mushroom (about 1-2 whole mushrooms). They were pre-closingbefore I came in, this is why I assume I didn?t get those. Advice for management: Clean the lobby, don?t pre-close, take theextra 2 seconds to wrap a burger without destroying it (one of mine was absolutely destroyed. It was in half at the bottom), andyou only need 1 piece of foil to wrap a burger. For readers: Having made thousands of burgers myself, any excuse from Bruchi?sis just that, an excuse. You?ll notice that they deflect and get defensive when replying to half of the reviews instead ofaccepting them as feedback. About a week or so ago I got two sandwiches for takeout, one was chicken and the other steak. When I went to unwrap my sandwich... I was super thrown off because of how thin and soggy the bread was and old, the chicken meat looked like it got minced to death.Was disappointed and ended up tossing it because it looked nasty. Went to medical lake one, they gave fresh bread and thechicken and pineapple looked 10 times better. Read more

This place has pros and cons. Menu is good, food is tasty, the place is clean and spacious, service is variable. The issues that... seem to plague it are kind of odd. I thought the 1st time might be just a rare occurrence but the 2nd time, it was the same. Idon't know if it's dependent on time of day, but wait times were over 20 mins and only 2 staff on hand. Walk thru the door andthey are already behind on orders Thing is, I'm not sure what more staff can do. Cooking the stuff on a flat grill takes 1person as far as I can tell. Taking orders, prepping to-go bags, and dressing the food could be 1 person? Maybe 2. In the end,it's like it should be a 2-3 person operation and cooking the foods, not a fast thing in general, I guess. I'd give 'em a 4 ifthe timing was better. (And people who ordered in via phone or online, their orders weren't ready to go and had to wait for thepeople in line) Read more
