Multiple times we've ordered and things have either been undercooked, or not what we ordered. We order extra cheese, but can see... the sauce through the cheese. We order extra toppings, and we get light. Chicken was delivered raw and stuffed cheese breadundercooked. I've sent in multiple complaints and get the free pizza option but it does NO GOOD, because every delivery comesback wrong. Theres no point in getting a free pizza if its the same undercooked, under topped, extremely low quality as the foodit replaced. Chalk me up to a Karen if you want, but I don't leave negative reviews lightly. Read more
This is not good food. I ordered a chicken, bacon and ranch without the bacon and I literally got a ton of bread, a slice of... cheese and barely any chicken. Then the man who took my call spoke to me like I was stupid. I've lived here 6 years and neverhad this issue. Also, waited over an hr and half to get it delivered. Not ok. Read more
You have an outstanding staff at the Cheney location. We work down the road and order about once every 1 - 2 months. Not one... time has our order been messed up. Matthew and Carly were there today. I was late picking up my order. Matthew called me to makesure I was on my way right in the middle of what I am sure is a major lunch rush for you guys. The reason we order from thislocation is because of the employees. We have the choice to go elsewhere but we choose you! This is THE LAST time we eat here! It was terrible pizza! I used to love their pizza but the last few times my order hasn?t been... right, I have also been charged twice for the same order. When I called the store they told me I could have a free desert tomake up for it. They said ?just say that the manager said you could have a free desert with your next order? so I order tonightand I tell the guy over the phone that I am cashing in a free desert I was promised and he wanted to know the manager?s name. UPDATE - order made right, very fresh and exactly how it should be. And again, wonderful service from our Delivery driver ? 3rd... time. One order just never showed up. Couple months later - about 2 weeks ago - our order shows up 30 minutes after it left withuncooked dough and jalapeños in our bread, undercooked /cold chicken and cold pizza with barely any sauce. Today, same thing -took 30 minutes, raw dough, cold order. I finally called a few times and when they got around to picking up the girl on thephone was super rude and offered a credit or a re-make, I asked for a remake and she said I would have to wait for maybe 30minutes, she was audibly irritated. Terrible service. Please hire people that are fit for the service industry. Our driverKarlee however is very pleasant. If they can?t get this right we won?t be using them anymore which is too bad because the kidsused to really love it. Fingers crossed the replacement order is good. Gross, rude staff. We spent $87 on 3 pizzas and bread twist the Pic is of the cheese sauce that was sour and burnt. We got the... taco pizza but we got a Gross pizza that was both a taco and the cheese burger combined. Normally all is well but this is now the second time in a row this store has been on the disappointment side. The first time the... order came over 30 mins late after it said it had left the store. Not to mention I'm only five mins away and tonight, someonecalled from domino's after the app said the guy was in the area. I pick up just to hear crackling sounds so I called back afterthe number hung up. No answer! Called the store just for a guy to tell me they have no way to contact the driver instead I hadto wait for the driver to return. I told him the guy literally just called. We looked outside and he was no where even in frontof the complex. It's really sad when you have a hungry family that has to wait on a meal to be delivered late just to have itsent to the store and then sent back out. The driver called back and apologized and said they never gave him an apartment numberso I'm not even blaming the driver because whomever print the address should automatically confirm the apartment number islisted. I felt bad for the driver because it's an inconvenience for him to even have to drive around with inaccurateinformation. My account has all of my information and I've ordered from this store for several years now. Update... My orderfinally arrived on the lukewarm side sadly but the kiddos were hungry so I kept it. Omg I opened the pasta just to see it fullof mushrooms and barely any sauce. I bout cried. I did call the store and asked for the manager whom apologized and said he'dhave a new one remade and sent out. Once again an inconvenience for the driver but I'm hungry and If I force myself to eatwhat's pictured, I'd probably be throwing up everywhere. The fresh pasta arrived, and it looked too good to be true. I was kindof scared to eat it. I definitely said a prayer over it right before we dug in. This place seems to go through spurts with being good or bad. Lately, however, it's been bad. They take a very, very long time... to deliver. By the time the food arrives it's cold, more often than not it's also burnt. Apparently when you pay extra for saychicken, etc, they put less on than usual. I normally select contactless delivery and to knock when they arrive. They don'tknock and sometimes no message is given that they are pulling up. I'm not sure if their tracking app is wrong or not but it willshow them driving by the house several times and eventually wandering back toward you. I don't think I'll be ordering from hereagain.
