This should be zero stars as we weren't able to actually try their food. The hours are not listed on the door but states they... open at noon online. The door was locked when we arrived at noon so we shopped at the boutique next door for a bit. We cameback at quarter after and the door was still locked. We waited for about another 10 minutes when my husband checked the dooragain. The worker then tapped at his watch and waved us off. Fortunately there are plenty of other great sushi restaurants inSpokane, save yourself the drive to Cheney. Looking at these reviews I don't think we missed out by taking our $$ elsewhere. Read more

Our family just got denied entry to a local restaurant in Cheney... apparently I don't have the same beliefs about Christopher... Columbus as the young manager does. This conversation occurred a couple years ago and I believed ended well. He believedColumbus so be a slaver, I knew better but only stated " I'm not going to Monday morning quarterback this thing... Was sure Iwouldn't hurt this person's feelings... Apparently not. Not sure how to feel... I've never been in this situation before. Welove and live, turn the other cheek... But, my kids are confused about it. I explained how this person has been through intenseindoctrination of the communists.... We stopped in for a quick bite on a Wednesday for lunch. The place was empty so we were greeted and sat quickly. The sushi was... really good! We were pleasantly surprised with how fresh all of the items tasted! I can see how easily they could get swamped atnight or on weekends. If you like Sushi and no crowds, you should try them for lunch! Read more
