This location ALWAYS get my Mexican pizza wrong. I had to go back in the store to get a remake due to half of the inside being... completely prepped incorrectly. I asked for lite beans, xtra tomatoes and cheese. Opened it up and one side had nothing on theinside, two sides had beans and one had a small amount of beef! Keep in mind the mexican pizza is cut in fours. It took foreverto even get my food remade. No one apologized for the screw up yet instead I received a remade half melted cheese cold tomatoeMexican pizza. My significant other came back in for the refund and was told someone would be right with him. This led to himbeing annoyed and left without the refund due to NO MANAGER actually assisting him. I then went back in for the refund andreceipt and let's just say, it took FOREVER to even get a refund. I'm completely done with this tacobell. As far as theassistant manager thanks for finally giving the refund and to the manager "Branden", DO BETTER. You really offered a refund or aremake. I ordered At 6:58pm I wanted to say Thank you for the awesome experience. ???? plus as I waited for my order which they did an... awesome job and made sure every item was there, i say how awesome they all worked together, especially loved how they rotatedroles on line and drive Thru it was great to see how fast and efficient they moved. I got 3 chulupas 3 different times and each time they were ice cold. The worst I have ever had. The shells were so old and... crunchy. Absolutely disgusting. Taco Bell use to be my favorite to eat out and now it's a nightmare and probably won't tryagain. I would give 0 stars if I could. Read more
Going from the drive-thru window receiving the order and driving the distance of a half a block and parking to eat the food was... cold was unable to actually bite into the tortilla and it was just all tortilla for the first 1/2and maybe a third of thetortilla had the ingredients. We ordered almost $30 in food and we were disappointed from the first bite on. called to explainthe situation on our complaints and because of the first three items that I had listed to manager out of six to seven items themanagers going to replace three of the items out seven and what about the rest ?because I'm giving the rest back to the managerso I would expect and think that I would get a full order replaced not only was my burrito cold the taco barely had any meat inthem they were rolled incorrectly so the meat was hanging right out at the bottom of the the tortilla and it was mostly tortillaI can't even say that it was mostly lettuce or anything else and it was all cold no wonder they got it out the window so fast.Hands Down! Absolutely garbage location. I used to go here a lot, but recently the hours have been wrong, opening and closing whenever they... feel like it. I ordered two crunchwraps, not only was there a HAIR in one, the one without a hair was put in the bag OPEN. Thecheesy bean and rice felt like I was chewing plastic with how tough and uncooked the rice was. Like not even the baja has fullflavor y'all can't even replace a bag. Seriously let down and out $15. hours are consistently wrong, four separate times have the doors been locked when I show up, and I walk to work. The employees... here are so lazy it's screwing people without a vehicle out of breakfast. I'm reporting this to corporate and better business. Read more
