Ordered the cod and fries meal and a cheeseburger on the side. Got my drink and cheeseburger but no cod or fries. Didn?t notice... until I was out of town. Called them and told them what I was missing and said they can only get me my food or refund by todaybut not after. I explained that I will be out of town until tomorrow afternoon and that I have a receipt too. But that didn?tmatter for some reason. 3rd visit this month prices continue to climb. 2 dbl cheese and fries 25.00 ouch. No one else seems to be raising prices this... often. ( then running specials at old price) the drive thru wait is always long. Now costly idling for nearly a half hour. Iknow the Zips are privately owned and not all this bad, but goodbye to this one. Tried to take my family to dine in. We stood at the counter over 10 min while 3 different employees walked right by us. All of... them looked at us, none of them actually acknowledged us or said anything along the lines of we?ll be right with you. Just keptdoing what they were doing. It was so quick! There was an 8 car line and we were in and out within 10 minutes! The small ice cream is HUGE! Definitely a... great choice for dessert or snacks :) Read more
Everyone in town had something positive to say. I was not impressed. I thought the lettuce burger was a burger wrapped in... lettuce, nope they just slapped some shredded lettuce on it and called it good. Mmm okay? On the other than the fired pickleswere great. Read more
This place has dropped im quality over the past 3 years. Super expensive now for tiny portions. Only reason it is even a choice... in Cheney is because of the 24 hour drive through. Do not waste your money here unless buying a hurricane/shake. 2/5 starsbecause the meat tastes like dog food. Read more
I love zips food. When it is cooked right and what I order. I always ask for extra crispy fries because for some reason they... under cook them. Even then they are usually not done to my liking. Today my wife brought home dinner and the fries were limp andmy double cheese burger was a single. When the service is always so so and the food is not cooked right. I look at it as amanagement and owner issue. Train better workers. This kind of stuff will loose you business. Read more
