This place has really gone down hill. I've been ordering from here for over 40 years but ....probably not ever again. Currently... it takes MORE THAN 1 hour on any given day to have food delivered ( NOT 45 minutes to an hour) Seriously OVER 1 HOUR!!! After 1hour of waiting I TRY to call but I end up getting some We Are Really Busy message. Now the sandwich I use to always get was aspicy Italian. No More. They totally lost my business the day they gave me wads and wads of pepperoni thrown on my sandwich inheaps rather than nicely dressed. That was most certainly done to overcompensate for the lack of other meats usually in anItalian. Then the last time my Italian grinder arrived over an hour after I ordered it, without the dressing....Nor my favoritepizza place anymore. Delivery request ignored for the second time, sits on the oven for an an hour and only delivers after multiple calls. Buffalo... Chicken potatoes skins come without chicken. Well toasted Italian with no condiments comes cold, loaded with mayo. They gotplain chicken wings correct! Cool! Read more
Was here today ordered a small peperoni an cheese a ham an cheese grinder a small chicken salad fries an 5 piece chicken... tenders. The pizza was great the ham an cheese grinder was toasted so dark missing lettice an mayo chicken tenders were foamy.Threw out everything except for pizza an ham an cheese chicken salad was d ry an the mayo had started turning brown not what weexpected absolutely disgusting. They have THE BEST MEATBALL IN RI! They make it homemade in the loaf slice style. It is amazing! Aegean please never switch to... fake bagged meatballs! Read more
In a hurry so I grabbed some assorted grinders for a takeout dinner. Everyone said they were great so next time we'll try... pizza. Staff was friendly and provide fast service. Read more
Ive only been here 5 times and this is what ive noticed. The place always overcooks the pizza, it's always dry with no taste.... The staff is a circus except a couple people who seem to have a brain. Deffinitly low wage employee mentality. Majority are veryrude to customers. I've observed them a couple times already mock customers after they've left the place while I was waiting onmy food (which was just sitting on top of their pizza oven for 10 mins lol) I've observed the younger kids curse and disrespecta lady who put in a phone order after they got off the phone with her. The place is a circus for sure. Not sure who the shiftclown is but I'm willing to bet they're not fit to run the show. 100% will not waste money there again you're better of buyingdigiorno. What a sad ending to our evening. Our one pizza finally arrived, cold, after 2 hours of waiting. We don?t even live far. The... girl on the line told me repeatedly for over 30 minutes that the delivery driver was 5 min away (which obviously wasn?t thecase!). My toddler is overtired and hungry and my husband finally had to give up and leave (super late) without his dinner. Theonly positive thing I have to say about this place is that customer service was always polite (although they only pick up afterrepeated calls). Pizza is cold, bland and nothing special. Asked for light cheese on half the pizza and the entire thing issmothered in cheese. I wish I had read the reviews. Now I?m sitting here with a cold pizza and no one to eat it with. Seems likethis used to be a good place and that no longer holds true. Go somewhere else. Read more
The service is terrible. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. The food is a complete waste of money. We live local and... will not be back. We have tried to give them a few chances. Even talked to the owner but same thing every time. If you likeburnt food give it a shot. Read more
