Just came from here. Asked for large hot caramel latte with skim milk. NOT WHAT I GOT!! I got three-quarters of a cup of... coffee flavored milk, which was practically cold. And lattes aren't cheap. Just tried to call to speak to a manager and no oneanswered the phone. I've got mediocre coffees from here before but this one takes the cake. I suggest the managers payattention to staff. Read more
Food was terrible and cold, it had my tummy turning and the strawberry dragonfruit refresher had me on the toilet
I love this Dunkin! It's the best in my area. The staff is friendly 100% of the time and that is so nice.
Prices are ridiculous, they keep increasing and quality is declining. Almost $7 for a cold brew? Been a daily Dunkin customer... for over a decade and I've finally had enough. Read more

Terrible service!!! Very dirty dining and pick up counter. I wanted to take more pics, but the entire experience was bad. We... placed a to go order at 9:46 and had to ask 2 times to have someone make the order. Both girls I asked were standing doingnothing yet they would not make my order?.strange. It took 15 minutes for 2 black coffees and 2 coffees with milk only. Themanager was rude and tried making excuses as to why everything was dirty and no orders were being executed, even though theplace had well over 8 staff. I have managed retail, & food service. It was lack of direction from management, not the amount ofcustomers. Very disorganized at this location. The staff stand around and do not make orders? Very confusing place. We were notthe only customers complaining either. One man commented he could have made it at home faster! I do not recommend this Dunkin!Its my second time with a to go order here and had issues both times. They made my daughters iced coffee milk only with icedtea. Just completely disappointed.
