We got there about 10am, luckily seated right away too. Very busy morning with a festival throughout the town. Our server was... wonderful, cheerful and very pleasant. Coffee took a while to get there but as I said, busy, people were lined up behind us.Food, when it came out was fantastic. Big platefuls too. Delicious food, went for breakfast, we had pancakes, eggs, home fries, toast. Everything was cooked perfect. I definitely... recommend the pancakes, the Banana Caramel pancakes were out of this world. You have to experience Village Bean, you won't besorry. Read more
Long wait for service. I ordered French Toast and a side of sausage. Menu states 4 links. I only received 3. I know that there... are food shortages, but either change the menu or verbally inform the customer(s) that it is only going to 3. At $4.75, onewould expect the menu posted of 4 of an explanation. This place is so quaint and lovely. Coffee flavors are seasonal which I love. The staff are all super friendly and the decor is... a mix of farmhouse and local art. The breakfast is always delicious.... especially the corned beef hash and the French toast.There is also a to go section which is very convenient. And it's an added bonus that it's in Chepachet, known for it's adorablecountry store with candy counter and antique shops. Stop in for a bite and try for yourself! Read more
45 min wait after we ordered. Not that busy when we got here. Unacceptable especially breakfast food. Will not be coming back.... Ohh still waiting to be served. Finally 55 min. But my plate is no where to be found. This is my $10 breakfast plate. Someonesaid great prices I have to say the proof is right here. Food was good but I added a star. Still not worth the price. Best chili I ever ate. Delicious coffee. Friendly service. So glad we stopped. Will come again for sure.
