The service is always great, however, we have been disappointed that the dining lobby has been closed lately.
This must be the worst franchise in the entire Bojangles chain. It doesn?t deserve the one star I had to give it. If you order... more than one item, chances are it?s going to be filled incorrectly. I have actually ordered chicken biscuits and receivedsausage biscuits wrapped in chicken biscuit wrappers. I?ve ordered two chicken biscuits and received a bag containing a chickenbiscuit covering a bacon biscuit. It?s almost like they make a sport of it. And the walk-in has been closed for more than twoyears, so if you hope to have your order corrected, you can look forward to sitting in the driveway-thru line again. Thisfranchise will not honor Bojangles coupons nor special promotions that are advertised on TV. Cheraw is surrounded by towns thathave excellent Bojangles franchises. Those people were rude. The lady that took my order was a bit of a smart alleck but the lady at the window was worse. She gave... no greeting, no reciept, after she handed me my food I thank her but she just shut the window and turned her back on me. Ihaven't been there in a long time and I sure won't be back. Yesterday, I sat at the drive thru for a minute, ended up driving off with guy in front of me (he honked hoping someone would... answer the speaker). Went next door to Wendy's, and saw people inside Bojangles. Seeing the amount of cars still pulling up anddriving off, I called Bojangles and they said the system was down, now it is working again. I watched cars pull up to the drivethru and end up driving off without food. Someone should have put a note on the speaker or had someone to tell drivers theyaren't able to take orders at the moment. I'm really weary about going here. Sometimes they're good, sometimes bad. I went last week and my biscuits and tenders were... really good....this week, different story. The cooks in the back has really brought the company down....my biscuits were hard,old, cold and disgusting. I took it back and the older cook got mad. Read more
I didn?t think any fast food place could be worse than McDonald?s in Cheraw. I was wrong. This Bojangles is terrible every time... I go there. Today I just ordered a 3 wing dinner to go. How hard is that? Got home & its 3 legs. They don?t even have a 3 legdinner. I?ll never go here again. Horrible. Read more
Usually ok however this am my chicken fillet ( the biscuit not chicken) was raw so much it was completely noticeable immediately... after unwrapping. I don't usually complain on the occassional minor defect but it literally was as if they just put the biscuitson as I ordered then threw my fillet on one to get me moving. Read more
The food was good. The staff were friendly and presented with good attitudes. The only problem was the drink cups had a gnat on... the outside. I had to give back 2 cups with gnat on the outside. Im very picky when it comes to food I have to eat and drinkingout of a cup. This should be monitored. You don't know what insects are carrying with them. Cleanliness is very important. Ichecked my food carefully and it was ok. I understand fast food restaurants can become busy and trying to get customers theirorders in a timely manner. But its equally important that you are providing customers with clean items. Its not "just a gnat onthe cup". This is what one worker stated to me. Its not just a gnat.
