This is a poor establishment when it comes to employees, some if these people stand there and look at you knowing you need... something. Management needs to re-evaluate the employees during the day as well. This establishment needs better management inthe evenings, Some of the employees are very non-chalant as if they do not want to be there. I would not recommend. Read more

I ordered 4 side items. They asked me to pull up, so I did. Well after waiting 10 mins, the rude bitchat the window starts... yelling at me to pull up more then has the driver of the car at the window at that time, which she had ben having a socialconversation with for the last 5 mins, blow the horn at me! Then I wait for the person to leave the window and I go inside tosee what her problem was. She continues to talk c*** not only to me but About me And said that she was waiting for a fries tocook fries doesn't take 10 minutes to cook so I had asked for my money back and she started to fuss again I will never go back.Very poor service and the employees don't care they are just there to pass the time Get the money they can and serve theirfriends. KFC Cheraw SC is closed for the 2nd time in 2 days in a row now before 9:30pm. They really should hire new people or close down,... because because they obviously don't want to make any money by closing before there set time of 10pm. I really think they shouldgive my family and I 2 fully loaded meals because of this and the fact that I had to get food else where that wasn't any good, Iwill be waiting on my free meals Read more
The girl taking our order was nearly impossible to communicate with due to speaking so fast and apparently not listening or... paying much attention. We paid $35 for a box of barely warm tenders, box of old biscuits, no gravy on potatoes, no dippingsauces and a half container of something called mac n cheese... Soo not mac n cheese. The restaurant is better now. At 1st they weren't frying the food all the way done. Now it must be under new management bc the... food is better. The staff is better. I wish they offered livers, whole wing boxes and gizzards like KFC in Pageland, SC so forthat I gave it a 4 from 2. Read more
I came here on 12/4/20 around 7:30pm. I?m from Nc. I was in the area for work travel. Since I?m doing keto, my fast food options... are limited. I had bunless burgers earlier in the day for lunch and I needed something else before hitting the road. I checkedout this location online to see if they sold grilled chicken (apparently not all locations do). THEY DID! I was oh so happy!!!The KFC by my Job in NC doesn?t ???? Anyway, I went inside to order. I got the 3 piece meal with green beans as my side. DietPepsi? was my drink and I asked them to hold the biscuit. They ran out of drums, so I ended up getting 3 thighs and a breast.When I say that was the best grilled chicken I had from a fast food place, km not even lying!! I was planning on eating anddriving after getting gas, but I sat right at the gas station and enjoyed my delicious chicken!? Customer service was excellent!Cashier was super friendly. According to my receipt, her name is Mary. The restaurant was clean. Staff were wearing mask.Dinning room is closed, so you can only go inside for take out.
