Stopped in last night after a bad experience a few months ago. First complaint, no soap in the restroom. Just gross. There... wasn't even an empty container. If I had seen this before ordering I would have just left. We had been on the road for hoursand just wanted a quick me. Waited 20 minutes for two chicken strip baskets while we watched employees stand around the frontdoing nothing. Got our order with no sauce for the chicken and I wasn't going back. I have been patient with places and lowstaffing, etc. but getting tired of horrible service and rising prices. I won't be back here, ever. Read more
We went to DQ in Cherokee yesterday and today... both days Richard made our Malts... HE DID AMAZING and should be the trainer... for those who don't know how to make them properly, like the evening/weekend guy... PLZ TRAIN HIM PROPERLY SO WE CAN HAVEAWESOME MALTS EVERY TIME!!!!!! Stopped for ice cream. Service was good. Noticed the building needed some work. They were out of a couple of menu items and... ketchup. Hmmm HyVee is a couple of doors down. Soap dispenser lying on sink instead of on the wall. The crew was friendlythough. Read more
I?ve probably only stopped here maybe three times over the last year and each time I?ve asked for a twist cone, employees... informed me they didn?t have chocolate ice cream. I?m not sure if this is due to some kind of shortage or just plain laziness,but it?s a little ridiculous that a DAIRY QUEEN doesn?t have chocolate ice cream. Read more
Service was great! Not sure if it's me, but one piece of cheese is enough on a quarter pounder and I'd really rather taste the... burger than huge amounts of mayo & ketchup. $40 and a huge let down. ???? Read more
Worst experience ever!!! Poor management, poor shift lead.. Staff are obviously untrained if they are its very little. waited in... line for 36 minutes for 2 blizzards. The car ahead of me waited that long for 1 cone!! At the window for 12 of those 36 minutes.And one of them wasn't even the right flavor and the other was 3/4 full with no spoon!! What a joke. I would be embarrassed tosay I was the one in charge of that store. Don't even deserve 1 star but I had to to give the reveiw. Read more
