Wad good but staffing seemed short
BRING BACK THE SEAFOOD AND CRAB SANDWHICH. JIMMY JOHNS IS BETTER SINCE YOU GOT RID OF THE SEAFOOD AND CRAB SANDWHICH.

My husband left his cell phone at the Cherokee, IA Subway and an employee answered when I called and told me the phone had been... left there. My husband drove back 40 miles to pick up the phone. So glad they kept it safe for him! Read more
Every bread option was burnt and so were the cookies. Husband received someone else's sub, but they were nice enough to make him... a new one. Staff was pretty friendly this time. Read more
Takeout order for family reunion placed a week prior. 3 phone calls this morning confirming. 2 employees in store at agreed upon... pickup time stated they "missed" the order, stated it would be ready in an hour. Came back to pick it up and waited another hourfor order to be done. Order was incomplete. Will not be using them again. Read more
Super loud girl behind the counter, the girl making my sandwich could not hear over her. The only time I didn't have to repeat... myself was when the loud mouth answered a phone call. The sandwich i got had half the veggies falling out and the bread was tornthree different places and they burned the bread in the toaster. Wonderful. Read more
Normally expect at least a 10 to 15 minute wait!! Much better service tonight despite the amount of business. Good job!!
