My family and I have been here 3 times. 1 being an event of 30 we booked. I’ll just list everything that went wrong with the... last two experiences. Food was good the first second time hence our 3rd return. 1. Everyone got soup and salad they forgot 1persons, it came out 10 minutes later after everyone already finished. The Italian wedding soup was not authentic in a tomatovegetable broth with a meatball. 2. We ordered calamari that tasted like rubber. 3 The shrimp in my dinner was not cooked theytook it back to correct it however it tasted chewy and undercooked..ruined my appetite. I’m sick to my stomach today eatingone. 4. There are no changing tables in the restrooms. They had a crowd with a number of young children last night. Veryinconvenient for a restaurant to take your family to when it’s really needed. 5. The coffee tasted like old muddy water. Theybrewed a fresh pot but they just had terrible coffee for an Italian restaurant. 6. They had the restaurant 77 degrees it washot and uncomfortable we were sweating. Also a problem when I had the party upstair end of may. 7. We were celebrating abirthday last night and brought a cake. The waiter brought over their desserts and we tried pointing out discreetly we had acake and he was not getting the hint which ruined the surprise. 8. I was holding my baby and the waiters walking by keptbumping into my chair up against the back of my head. Really annoying and of course didn’t apologize. I got up a number oftimes holding my baby it was getting on my nerves. 9. For my big party during the ceremony the waiters were trying to come inand serve appetizers while we were in the middle of the religious service. We said something of course but still it wasn’tnice. 10. Last but not least my mom kindly asked the alcohol be chilled at my event they did it in the middle of the party verydelayed for the guests. I was recommended Amici by a friend and am so thankful for it. The food is amazing and the service is even better. We enjoyed... our first dinner there so much that we booked our baby shower that night at their next door venue. Our friends raved about thefood and service for weeks after. Read more
Our family’s Favorite Restaurant! My husband and I are often there Friday nights. The staff is always EXCELLENT and extremely... inviting. Inside is a cozy and outdoor patio is beautiful! Great food! Nice space! But the service... oh my god. Horrendous. I got the death stare from just about every employee I... interested with. The hostess looked and acted like I had personally offended her. Rude, ignorant, and downright mean. If eyerolling was a sport she’d have a gold medal. Our server clearly couldn’t wait to stop talking to us. Although “talking”is the wrong term. He didn’t even say hi. Honestly he barely spoke to us at all. Our food took an hour to come out (I get it,it was busy on Fathers Day) but no communication from him in the meantime. Our food runner/asst server seemed unable to makeeye contact with us. I question if he had any experience in society, because talking to him was like talking to awall. Exception: The guy that showed us the dessert tray was nice and so was the woman that was filling our waterglasses. Again I get it, they were busy. I can get over long wait times and even incompetence, because a nice attitude willmake up for it. But don’t their patrons at the very least deserve common decency and kindness? Speaking from 10 years in theservice industry myself, so please know I was polite on my end. Read more
First time at Amici in Cherry Hill. The remodel of the last restaurant (Denim) is amazing. There are no more rooms, just one big... room. They also have outdoor seating. The service was good. A bit leisurely at times but overall it was good. The food was verygood. The different sauces were all tasty in their own way and none of the meals were super heavy. Everything was light andflavorful. From the tender veal, to the chicken, to the homemade lobster ravioli, no complaints. The desserts were good as well. Read more

The food and service at Amici was excellent. We ordered the NY Strip and penne a la vodka. The vodka sauce was velvety and... delicious. The steak was one of the best I’ve had outside of a proper steakhouse. The best part? It was very affordable.Highly recommend! Read more
We just held our son and his future wife’s engagement party here. What a wonderful time. Food was out of this world and... everyone loved it. Service staff couldn’t of been more professional and attentive. Absolutely love this place! Read more
