We order from here maybe every other week. My family loves thier apps so we just order a bunch of them and share. We had an... issue last night for the first time and the manager Geno was quick to fix it. He was very nice and handled everything veryprofessionally even though I had probably taken out my frustrations of the day on him because of an honest mistake, for that Ido apologize. I was seated and waited about an average amount of time before my food came out. When I took a bite of my boneless wings they... were not hot at all as was my fries. The manager came out and repeatedly said that he was surprised and he would have them makemy food fresh. It came out no more than five minutes later and I could immediately tell that they didn?t make fresh wings butinstead poured more Buffalo sauce on them that was hot because the chicken itself was exactly the same and once again themanager stated how he?s surprised. SMH! I had an appetite so if they would?ve been hot I wouldn?t have called him back over. Idecided to refuse the food and leave. Only reason I give two stars is because the server was very pleasant so I still gave her a25% tip off what the bill would?ve been. Read more
Nice margaritas but absolutely terrible food that is served mostly cold when it should be warm. Chicken in the salad is... McChicken quality and the buffalo wings were depressingly hard and cold. Peach iced tea was good. The seats are very far backand it's difficult to lean forward and eat, no matter how tall and/or well built you are. Read more
Grabbed a burger n fries on a lunch break .. no complaints, tasted good, good service too... I wanted some chicken parmesan but... i don't think they carry it any longer... Will return on another lunch break in future! Read more
I am a Applebee's loyal customer, one of my favorite spot to eat but this one here was nothing but a disaster for me and my... girl. To start off the evening we order our complete meal for the night and the waiter didn't write anything down I can'tremember her name but she had black and blond hair and she completely messed the order up and the worst part was we ordereddrinks that came basically as we was leaving the service and quality of the food was slow and nasty I cancelled the rest of ourorder and left, i will never return to this Applebee's again. No matter what Applebee?s I go to, I never get stellar service. Therefore, I wasn?t expecting much out of this trip except for... some half price apps and cheap drinks. My friend and I walked in and were ?greeted? by a very undynamic individual and sat us.We were finally waited on by an odd young man. I thought here we go?Everything is going to be wrong, etc. He seemed sociallyawkward and He mumbled a bit and I had to ask him to repeat himself a few times, but you know what? We got exactly what weordered and we got it in a decent amount of time. Our waiter was definitely awkward, but he did his best to get us what wewanted. That?s all one can ask for! Good job. We had 5 different servers so very hard to get things right.. Our food came out wrong twice and by time got it right the rest of... dinner was over! But still made us pay for something they got wrong not once but 2! Only good thing was my 13 dollar drink! Iasked if we're any drink specials and was told no.. But table next to us asked same question and received 2 $5 Xmas drinks.. Smhso servers make the rules and serve what they want with no repercussions.. I asked for a manager and waited 25 minutes.. Ifinally just left at the that point.. Never returning! We spent well over 80 dollars for 2 adults and 1 child and still receivedhorrible results.. Never again! Read more
