Horrible and ghetto. I went to make a purchase for my sons and I they had no pretzels, although perplexed I said ?okay we?ll... come back after I get my sons his shoes? we came back maybe 15 minutes later. There were 3 people in front of us, when it wasour turn I asked for a large pretzel cup, a small regular cup of pretzels, small lemonade, small blue icy, and a medium icewater. The Hispanic or mixed young man informed me they had no large cinnamon pretzels. I looked in the pretzel bin and I sawthere were 7 small cups. I said ?can you combine 2 small to make a large?? He said ?no? I said ?why not? he looked around as ifhe was confused. One of his coworkers who happened to overhear said ?yes? we can make it. Then another one of his coworkers whowas African American looked at him and then looked at me making faces and snickering, she then took the 2 cups and made a large.I informed them that it?s not a big deal to make a large since they advertised a large. The buck tooth employee indicated that Iwas taking all of the pretzels by asking for a large, Then told me I could just purchase two small, I informed her ?if I wantedtwo small I would have asked for two small.? I asked to speak to a manager and the black girl with the pronounced teeth andindividual plates said she was the supervisor. Then another African American women with bulging plates indicates she?s thesupervisor. So I asked both ?supervisors? for a card or managers number and they said there wasn?t one. They were extremelyunprofessional and the customer service was horrible. I will be disputing this charge due to lack of appropriate pretzel nuggetsand the drinks partially filled. I hope as a franchise that you Tran your employees on customer service and not say ?there?s noproduct? when there is. Never again! Read more
The customer service was horrible. The girls were very rude. I told the girl several times I wanted mini dogs. She gave me... regular and a watered down juice. Horrible customer service. There were 5 people behind the counter, but only one person was taking and fulfilling orders, while... one person was baking and three employees standing around behind. The management needs to address the slow service, as there isalways a long line! Read more
I usually do not write bad reviews but this place should be shut down..everything on display was burnt . I placed an order for 5... pretzels with a young man that was more involved with laughing and carrying on with the rest of the co workers than actuallytaking my order. I kindly asked how long would it be for fresh pretzels, I was told 5 minutes. After standing there for TWENTYMINUTES I ask if my order was ready. They all looked at each other and realized no one started my pretzels! Needless to say Ijust simply asked for my refund I tried calling customer service just to be prompted to leave a message. Stale pretzels or pretzel's has been out for awhile, and I am not sure why they were not freshly made because it was only... noonish and they taste like pretzels that had been out for awhile. Horrible. I went here with my girlfriend because she loves Auntie Anne?s pretzels and I wanted to buy her one. I will never take... her back to this one ever again, and I suggest no one purchases from them. We waited about 40 minutes for two pretzels. Firstoff, it looked like all the workers were like 15 and they were all just messing around. They were extremely rude when I askedwhat the hold up was. After waiting 40 minutes for two damn pretzels, the woman tossed the bag in my face without even lookingat me. No apologies or anything. We left, because we didn?t want to stand there another minute. You would expect our pretzels tobe nice and fresh, but no, they were burnt. My girlfriend who literally gets Auntie Anne?s every time we go to a mall, wasextremely disappointed, and I felt disappointed I even took her there. I am not one who ever writes reviews, but that was justrediculous. I bought the mini hotdogs pretzels and they were completely burnt. I don?t recommend these at all.
