Came here in the drive-thru today 9/24/22 between 4-4:30pm. I pull up to the speaker and a man?s voice greets me, and asks how... he can help me. The exchange went something like this: Me: Hi, yes. Can I get a chicken fingers and a large fry? Drive-ThruWorker: Anything else? Me: Ahh? actually yeah, lemme get cookies as well. DTW: Anything else? Me: Oh and can I get thecookies warmed up, please? DTW: Anything else? Me: Umm? so was that a yes or no to the cookies being warmed up? DTW: *with anattitude* Well, obviously, if I?m saying ?anything else? that means that I?m gonna warm them up. Me: *surprised, and annoyed*Well, obviously, it?s a yes or no question that you never answered, so no it?s not that obvious. At this point I said that?sall for my order, and he told me to pull around. Never told me my total. I should have just left at this point, but I washungry. When he gave me my food, he gave me the cookies first and sarcastically asked, ?Are these warm enough for you?? Iresisted the urge to continue going back and forth with someone who?s obviously terribly miserable and copes by projecting theirmisery onto others. So, I simply said, ?Yes?, and took my food. When I pulled away and tried the food, the fries I?d orderedwere cold, and the chicken fingers tasted like they had *just* been thawed from the freezer and warmed up in the microwave onlow for 30 seconds. Overall, this was a just a disappointing experience. As an out-of-towner and someone who?s been frequentinglocal Cherry Hill restaurants and businesses for years, this was so unlike the great service that I?ve come to anticipate andlove from spots around here. This isn?t the first interaction I?ve had at this BK location, either, but it might be the lastbecause there?s no reason to treat paying customers, who are simply trying to order food, as rudely as I?ve been treated heretoday and before today. Oh, my gosh. Horrible experience! Order was wrong! Not made to order and missing food. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until... on the road. Hungry family and traffic...it wasn't worth the trip back. Service was not good either. Read more

If I could I would give this no stars, in fact negative 5 stars. I have lived in this area for 34 years and during this time I... would frequent this BK. But over the last few years this place has sunk to a completely unacceptable level. I pulled up to thedrive through and a MANAGER said over the call box, "There is a 30 minute plus wait for orders as we are very understaffed." Iwas astounded. Man 7 years of thinking this place might get a leg up but not at all, they try but hoo-wee, this is like end of the world Burger... King where only the last 2 ppl on earth can be found and it?s running out of items and they are desperate for some kind of timeclock to go off. THAT is the vibe there. Check it out. Find another Burger King. This one is running a skeleton crew and they'll mess up your order as a result of lack of... staff. Nothing against the people working there, but it's not going to be a good time. Read more

Awful experience here on sunday 7/24/22. The kid working was ver ignorant and semed like he just did not want to be there. Food... took 15 minutes to come out and the drinks were filled 3/4 of the way. Fries were burnt and the chicken sandwich was morebreading than chicken. For spending $30 I expected a little better. I highly doubt we will be stopping here again. Read more

Horrible, Did not received a receipt, and while waiting for food for 28min. A manager came to window and asked if we ordered... nuggets and small beverage. We said no we ordered jr Whopper no pickles meal, and a #5 dble stacker with bacon and mind youtheir was no one behind us for like 15min. In which we should have received our meal but it took 35min. Fries was hot ????so wedrove away I opened my sandwich and no cheese or bacon ????. So we go back and of course you can't go inside because they haveit closed. So, I have to go through drive thru and wait because there is 3 cars ahead of us. I told them I ordered the dblestack with bacon he opens the sandwich and see's no bacon or cheese. I get a sandwich with no melted cheese and one small bacon???? NO MORE BURGER KING This was my second awful experience here. They get 0000 STARS Read more

Gave this Burger King another shot since both of my sons say they've had positive experiences there. The past two visits my... orders were right my food was good the service was efficient enough considering they seemed to be "short staffed" at thislocation. I've seen the managers here working all positions due to their staff issues. A dedicated team I guess it's just adifficult location to staff. Read more
