This place is so unorganized. I order on the mobile app for drive-through pick up and they take forever. the last time I ordered... hot tea and they gave me a coffee I stead. the time before that I ordered avocado toast and they ran out of the toast... didn'toffer me anything else just told me to go on the app and get a refund After I had already waited in line. I would give this location ZERO STARS if I could. Just moved to Cherry Hill decided to give the DD a try as I go everyday and... need a new DD. Pulled into the drive thru and heard a muffled voice say something inaudible. I waited a few minutes and said"hello". No response, after a minute I drove to the pickup window where I was rudely asked "Uhhh, dis you place an order yet?"When I replied "No" and went to explain , the employee walked away as I was talking. He chatted with a coworker briefly ND theyjust looked t me and continued with ht they were doing. No explanation or anything. I just left. Very rude ND even though youare now the closest DD to me, I'll be going elsewhere and making sure you aren't the same owners. Read more
