I would give this location ZERO STARS if I could. Just moved to Cherry Hill decided to give the DD a try as I go everyday and... need a new DD. Pulled into the drive thru and heard a muffled voice say something inaudible. I waited a few minutes and said"hello". No response, after a minute I drove to the pickup window where I was rudely asked "Uhhh, dis you place an order yet?"When I replied "No" and went to explain , the employee walked away as I was talking. He chatted with a coworker briefly ND theyjust looked t me and continued with ht they were doing. No explanation or anything. I just left. Very rude ND even though youare now the closest DD to me, I'll be going elsewhere and making sure you aren't the same owners. Read more

This place is so unorganized. I order on the mobile app for drive-through pick up and they take forever. the last time I ordered... hot tea and they gave me a coffee I stead. the time before that I ordered avocado toast and they ran out of the toast... didn'toffer me anything else just told me to go on the app and get a refund After I had already waited in line. Time before that Ipulled up to the window and they had given my order away to someone else so I had to wait which made me late for work. Read more

No donuts?! Really?! The Boston creams had flys hovering on them. Ordered my wife a hot macchiato and it came cold. No once, but... twice. Place is also filthy. Will not be returning anytime soon. Read more

Asked 3 times for a cappuccino with oat milk without sugar, after trying the coffee they made with sugar and regular milk, 2... order was black Americano, made with cream and sugar, after going back they didn't even apologize and didn't want a refund!Wouldn't recommend it! Read more

I ordered a mobile order at 8:46 and my drink wasnt ready until 9:18. On top of that my drink was made incorrectly. I order... ahead for convenience but this location is terrible. And plus the workers are rude and act like its my fault they made my drinkwrong. Read more

Customer service was excellent I did the Drive-through. I order 6 donuts The cream doughnuts and the glaze doughnuts were fresh... the Boston Queen donuts were horrible. They were hard and they had a after taste. Read more

Absolutely awful! So sad that Dunkin went in a tragically wrong direction in the past few years. I waited in line for over 25... minutes until I left. They have no clue on how to establish queues. They had one person taking care of a problem order. Theyhad another taking care of drive through. The person at drive through should have went back and fourth from drive through tofront end until both lines were gone and the problem situation was gone. Never again. Read more

A interesting Dunkin. The building is an old bank so the layout is a little different. There is plenty of parking and decent... seating indoors. The drive-thru has a canopy so it?s only for smaller cars. I don?t think large trucks will make it. The foodand coffee is the usual Dunkin offerings. Read more
