So I made a mistake and thought they had forgotten the receipt to my food. I thought this after just leaving and checking my bag... and not seeing the receipt right away. Anyway I go inside and wait in line to speak to someone. They were getting busy and werenot able to help with my issues at that time. I needed to get back to my hotel to eat and get ready for bed. The manager I amassuming Terrell asked me to write down my order and phone number because I said it would be ok for him to text me the receipt.This was an awesome way to handle the situation. I needed the receipt because I was on a business trip and my company would onlyreimburse my meals if I had a receipt. When I got back to my hotel room and started laying out the food I found in the bottom ofmy bag the receipt. I felt very foolish. An the today I received a text containing the receipt. So I am writing this review as away of thanks to Terrell and the crew for helping out with this issue that I caused. They are great patient people that havefollow through. I hope the right people read this review and give them the accolades they deserve. Thank Panda Express crew youguys are awesome. Read more
Rice is always undercooked and hard, portion sizes are ridiculous and the food is nasty/inconsistent. Picture is what I received... for (2) orders of beef and broccoli. Every time I come to this location I regret it, but it?s the closest to me. This gotta bethe worst Panda in the US and it?s a shame because Panda is my favorite. Read more
I was going to dine in with my date but I was told that I couldn't taste a certain meat before buying it. There are certain... things that I eat and then he told me that if I brought it and didn't like it they wouldn't take it back. I asked to speak to amanager and he said that there was No one available. So I and my date left and went to TGIF where we really enjoyed our meal. Iwill never go there again. Thanks Read more
