The employee are bums. We have ordered here 3 times in the last year and EVERY TIME the order was wrong . They gave us someone... else order , they left out half my order today .... I called you can't talk to the store . You get some call center who puts uon hold and then hangs up. They told me they would refund my order.... they have not. I will never order from here again and illbe contacting corporate for my money back. Disgraceful Read more

Decided to try pizza hut, when i usually opt for local because my bf said he had their deep dish recently and it was good. Had... issues ordering on the app, so i opted to call. Had a very hard time understanding the person who took my order and he had ahard time u derata ding me. I picked up in 20 mins. I should have checked before i left the store but didnt. When i got home ihad a handtossed pie, not what either of us expected or wanted. Called the number, but as expected the call center is in india(o somewhere abroad). They connected me to the store and i waited 10 mins on hold and then lost connection. I give up! Neveragain. Read more

I hate to write a poor review for Pizza Hut because I love Pizza Hut so much! I ordered 2 medium extra cheese pies, a double... order of breadsticks, and a 6 piece wing!!!! It was all disgusting! The pizza was saturated with oil/ grease that you couldnttaste anything else. The breadsticks were so bad that my family literally ate a piece of one and left the entire box. What awaste of money. Literally giving this place 1 star bc last night was a monstrosity of a mess that the general manager needs to do something so... their teammates are treated better and not so stressed. The poor man who helped me looked like he wanted to cry and quit rightthere and he was there 2 hours after he was supposed to have left. Placed an order online for delivery which was never received, so my husband then went to the store where the manager basically... did nothing would not look for or recook our order nor would she refund the money to us and it wasn?t a cheap order either!!!!!I have filed a complaint with corporate hopefully they will get to the bottom of it and get my money back for me!!!! So delicious. I haven?t had Pizza Hut for over 10 years but I will certainly be back soon. Their Pan Pizzas are the way to go.... Crispy buttery fried doe texture on the bottom of the pie is incredible I went on 7/15/22 around 9pm. The service was solid. Read more

They got the order wrong. Delivered to the wrong door. Did not deliver all items ordered, and when I called about the issue, the... manager knew nothing. I even asked the address of the Pizza Hut just to ensure I was calling the right place since the managersounded so clueless, and his response was ?I don?t know the address.? Ridiculous!
