The Hispanic old lady who works in Qadoba at cherry hill treat us really bad she put pressure on us to pick our food when we... were the only ones in line. Besides that she put such a small amount of food that I can count the pieces of beef we had in mybowls, I?ve been in Cava many times and for the amount of food they serve it?s worth the price but here in Qadoba it?s not worththe money also the restaurant needs to be cleaned and remodeled the walls and kitchen are dirty. This is the 2nd time I tried to order nacho bowls with queso on the side and the same exact staff member will tell me no and... then tell me I can?t even get a nacho bowl without queso?this time additional staff were there, but she still wouldn?t providequeso on the side. I told them I would then pay for it completely separate so it was on the side?paid an extra $6 extra for thesame amount of queso they refused to give me on the side for 2 bowls. I?m driving 40 minutes home and simply want to put myqueso on when I get home. This seems absolutely ridiculous I have to pay extra just so they will honor the queso on the sidefor nachos. Great food!! Went with my wife for lunch. Has a good selection of food, no crowds etc... Will recommend to anyone!
Had an event catered from this location and it was such a great experience. Everyone loved the food and we had so much of it... that no one felt like they had to hold back on portions. A lot of our guests had never had Qdoba before, but I think we havesome converts now. Had a little snafu the day before (I don't purchase much fast food and such a large purchase was flagged bymy credit card company as fraud) but everyone in store and at customer service was great at getting the issue resolved and soreassuring from the onset. First time at a Qdoba in a long time and really enjoyed. Had the brisket bowl and the combination of rice, beans, brisket,... vegetables and various additions was very tasty with a little spiciness! Will definitely return. Read more
I was very disappointed in the service and food presentation. Burrito was poorly wrapped and they didn't seal the side of queso... completely so it spilled in the bag and all over the chips. Both of the folks making my food were not friendly. The first onewasn't knowledgable about the menu and the second one didn't make eye contact or even respond once to anything I said. She had avery rude disposition and the person I was with agreed. I wish I got names but will be sure to if I ever go again. Verydisappointed in the new workers they hired. Went to get a burrito, lady making it gave me an issue when I asked for more rice because ?it?s gonna be too hard to roll? she... rushed me through my order after that.
