I gave it 2 stars for cleanness and because the cashier was nice. But I was highly disappointed with the lack of knowledge from... the person preparing my bowl. I asked for a Southwestern grain bowl as is, meaning as I had read it on the on line menu. Aftershe insisted on calling it a salad, I asked that she made sure it was quinoa and kale, she gave me brown rice instead and almostgave me romaine instead of kale . She asked again what I wanted. I'm thinking " you're the one who works here, shouldn't sheknow what to put in it? " well to my disappointment I got to my office to realize the reason she got most of my ingredientswrong because she gave me a Fire roasted cabo salad in a bowl intead of what I had specifically asked for severaltimes.........no pumpkin seed, no raisins, no onions. She got my entire order so wrong I even want to tip $ reimbursed Read more

Ordered 2 avacado BLT sandwiches along with a salad. Took the order home to my wife and daughter. The BLT sandwiches had NO... bacon on them. How does that happen???Very disappointed. Its not like the place was busy. I was the only customer there. Read more

Usually I do not have a problem with this store. The last few times I ordered from this store, the tomatoes were really bad to... the point I get sick. They have had bad tomatoes and nothing has been done about it. I went back today and ordered salad again, there has been nothing done about it. Tomatoes are bad and I can smell it as soon as I opened the salad. Salad is not cheap andexpect to go in and get a good salad and not get sick. Read more

This Saladworks - when it was at Sawmill Village- was always a favorite for me and my family. Not sure what happened when they... moved across the street to Barclays. Today (Saturday), I went over to get early dinner for family. Sign says closed at 4 (why?)but I got there by 3:50. I wanted to get soups and salads. The girls (not the courteous adults that worked at Barclays) behindthe counter said soups were already put away..(?We always put them away 15 minutes early.?) I said we really wanted soups, butthe head girl wouldn?t budge. Okay then the salads. Many of the ingredients were not on display. One girl scooped out pastafrom under a counter (who knows where?). The mesclun lettuce was not in sight, so I agreed to the romaine out of a big vat. Isaid that it wasn?t even 4pm, so what was the rush? No answer there. When I got home, my receipt showed that I had be chargedfor 2 items which were substitutes. I had said no olives and no noodles, and subbed in tomatoes and sunflower seeds. (Tomatoesturned out to be less than fresh.) Charged extra $1.58 for those two ingredients. Really. Next time will try a diff saladplace, like Honeygrow. This was just ridiculous. Read more

I hadn?t been to this location in 5+ years after the managers response to a dead cricket in my salad was ?oh, that happens... sometimes.? I tried again since it had been a while and it was on my way home. I ordered three salads with no modifications anda crest your own, the only one that was correct was the customized. Ingredients were missing and on one there were ingredientsthat weren?t in the chosen salad. I will never go back to this one. Read more

Of all the Saladworks locations in this area I like this one the best. The staff are always very friendly and offer great... customer service. And they have a wide variety of salad and soup options. I love their white chocolate macadamia cookies. Theyare made fresh in the store and always taste good. I usually order Tivoli salad which is pretty good. They give you generousportions for an affordable price.????????????????????? Read more

It's been a long time since I was in one of their locations. I was craving a good salad and it just so happens that a Saladworks... was on my route. I ordered a Thai salad with tofu instead of chicken and it was awesome. They put a peanut sauce on the tofu ands Thai dressing on the salad. The combo was perfect. Plenty of veggies and so large I could barely finish it. Since then I havebeen back and will continue to eat there. Great healthy meals without a ton of calories. Read more
