Manager Gayle at Sugar Factory was awesome !!! She was very accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere and vibe of the store was... great. The staff sang Happy Birthday to me and danced - it was great ! And I got the sweetest treat I could ever imagine. Theappetizer sampler was a hit ! Thanks again Gayle and Quan for the experience. I will be coming again. Read more

My 10 yo daughter asked to go, so we went. Was somewhat hopeful because there weren't reservations available. Thought that... meant it would be packed. Nope. Empty...literally. Receipt says table 1 for the night A dessert themed restaurant...my daughterorders cookie monster shake. Sorry we are out of that. How about a vanilla shake? Nope we are out of vanilla ice cream. Can youdo the cookie skillet with different ice cream? Uh no sorry. Yeah just bring me the check thx. 20% tip added to an overpricedmeal with a disclaimer that the restaurant keeps a portion of the tip? Save your money. Go to shake shack next door (they havevanilla oce cream) and save $25 per person. 90 days it will close. Read more

Being that I'm a highly rank reviewer, I'll give my honest opinion about the Cherry Hill,NJ Sugar Factory...! The Server's seem... lost at times about to give food to people that didn't order it ??????????? When they seated my friend and I . They didn't evenclean the area ???? a napkin and fork near my foot with strawberry slices on the floor ???? .The drink was delicious and madewell though. My food the chicken penne Alfredo was not made well ( it smelled good and looked delicious) ,but the noodles theshrimp and chicken were not cooked enough. My bigger concern is my server charged me a $18 service fee on top of my bill ???? ,usually that's done with like a table of 10 people there was only 2 of us ! Especially with him not serving us very well andcall me young man when I'm 39 years of age . Who is in charge of cleaning bathrooms need to do better my female friend said thefemale restroom was disgusting she explained....as well as the male bathroom having pee on the floor . Whoever is the owner theyneed to revamp there staff oversee the restaurant, because I don't think it's working well in there Read more

I have heard really great things about this establishment so I was really excited to dine at Sugar Factory for my very first... time. Although the meal I ordered tasted alright, the server I had was not very friendly or helpful. She blatantly was dishonestwith my party about there not being any milkshakes or dessert. Meanwhile, every single other table in the restaurant hadmultiple milkshakes and desserts brought out to their table long after we were told that they could not accommodate ourmilkshake/dessert requests due to the fact that the location was "brand new," whatever that means. I would not recommend SugarFactory of Cherry Hill to anyone. The prices were extremely high for the quality of food, and the service sucked. They alsobrought my steak out incorrectly. I had ordered it medium and I received a well done, tough as nails steak. The sides were goodthough, their green beans and macaroni and cheese. The only positive thing I have to say about this establishment is theatmosphere. The restaurant is decorated very nicely and their chairs are very comfortable. Read more

We had a 6:45 PM reservation. As we walked into the restaurant, it was packed and the layout is quite compact. We waited about... 20 minutes to be seated, which was approximately 20 minutes past 6:45. Our waiter greeted us several minutes later after thegreeter, who maybe one of the managers came by to give us a QR code to scan for menus. The physical menus are not availablebecause the prices were printed inaccurately per the server. Nonetheless, it is a very teenage and tween environment with brightlights, loud music, and a huge screen promoting celebrities and many Sugar Factory locations. While we were waiting, we heardwaiters say the full menu was unavailable. We asked the waiter why the full menu wasn't available, and the answer was shortagesand low inventory. After we ordered, the appetizers and entrees came out at the same time. The bubbly drinks were served priorto, but one drink bubbled over and we needed napkins and towels, so the server brought out more of the drink because of so muchspilling on the table. There were a lot of kids celebrating birthdays, and a loud song "Level Up" by Ciara was playing anytimesomeone ordered a huge ice cream sundae that cost $100. The workers had to walk back and forth singing all night. We saw one ofthe managers take off the blazer and go sleeveless as it was hot in there. The Buffalo wings did have flavor, as I asked forthem to be cooked well, but it could have been more well done. The fish and chips missed the mark, as there were 4 small codpieces with no flavor and the slaw had no taste and very small amount of tarter sauce given for $21. The fries were the bestpart of the fish and chips. The mac and cheese balls were frozen out the box or that's how they tasted. The $13 strawberrymilkshake was good, and was ordered that as dessert. I drank water as my drink of choice, though the tap water needs to befiltered. It took 3 hours to get out the restaurant. They had no to go containers, but had to go to the Che Read more

The Sugar Factory in Cherry Hill is open. I can tell they are still working out the kinks. Meanwhile the location is great,... the atmosphere is amazing, the food was on point and the service was ok. I look forward to going back to see if the serviceimproves so I can give them give five ?? Read more

I didn't have a reservation, but I was able to get a table. They suggest you have a reservation. They do not have actual menus.... You have to download it because " the prices are different" than the online menu. According to the server the prices are subjectto change. I ordered waffles stuffed with cheesecake and strawberries ($20). My husband ordered the turkey club ($17). His clubsandwich was delivered to the table, but my waffle entree was MIA. I was told it is made in a different part of the kitchen. Wewaited a long time for our food. When it finally arrived I was not impressed. There were literally 2 strawberries chopped upand sprinkled on the plate. The cheesecake portion was minimal. It didn't live up to the hype of the decadent Sugar Factorywaffle entree they are famous for. I've had the same type of thing at my local diner. The sodas are $5! There is also a 20%mandatory service charge. My advice is to stick to milkshakes, because the ones I saw looked just like the pictures. I'm goingto try a different location and see if my waffle is Sugar Factory fabulous. If you can, look at the menu before you go becausethe downloaded version takes a long time to load and it is not mobile friendly. Remember the prices online will not match thein-store downloaded menu! Read more

I have to say that from the time that we got seated, it was definitely an experience that I will cherish. I came here with my... mom for dinner and had an incredible time. Thanks to our bartender Charles and the attentive staff. All the food was extremelytasty and I can?t say enough about the drinks, a note to those that aren?t regular drinkers they are not small. I willdefinitely be coming back with my friends for many occasions, including birthdays, and celebrations of any kind. Read more
