If there were any other Bojangles within a reasonable distance I?m convinced this one would be shut down. It?s a 50/50 gamble... whether you will get your correct order or even get all of the items you ordered. Today was the last straw. Disgusting coldfries that had to have been sitting out forever, wrong sides and sauces, and they asked me to pull up to wait 3 min on thecinnamon biscuits. I waited for 5 minutes and they came out and said their oven was broken and it would be another 3 minutes. Icouldn?t stay because by this point my baby was having a meltdown in the back seat. I didn?t ask for a refund nor was I offeredone. But I wish they would have just told me when I ordered that their appliances weren?t performing properly today. Food was good and hot even tho they forgot all of our sides that we had to go back n get.
This location has got to be the poster child for how NOT to be. They either always forget something in your bag, have chicken... that is older than me being served, and or an extremely long wait time. Went in Sunday evening to wait 15 mins at the drive thruwindow. They forgot my biscuits for my Tailgate box, gave me fries that were 2 days old, and chicken that could give Biden a runfor his money on age. Read more
Updated visit..... terrible customer service Paid $30 for an order that wasn't right. Called and the nights shift manager said... it wasn't her problem. Missing items and all. Waited 45 min. when I was told a 20 min wait as well. Very disappointed Read more
Our food was good however the 3 stars is for what we witnessed. A customer got their order went to their table and then brought... the chicken back up( on an open plate) and the cashier put that piece of returned chicken back in with the other food on the barthen served it in a box to the drive threw window. Placed our order and they "forgot" part of it. Asked them to correct it and was told we don't have anymore chicken. Asked them... if they were making more; they said yes, but would take 7 minutes. No problem, we will wait. Pulled up to wait. 20 min later andnothing. Went inside and they had "lost" our oder. Talked to the owner her went looking and found our order. He corrected itimmediately. Drive through employees, not so great. But thank you to the owner for fixing it. Read more
The floor is too dirty, the employees are always mouthy. On a good day you might get your food luke warm rather than hot.
The service is terrible the young lady at the counter had the worst customer service skills, no good evening welcome to... Bojangles or thank you for visiting Bojangles. The restroom was clean the dining area was clean but, the tenders were luke warmand the biscuit was okay. Read more
