After seeing the 2 for $5 special online and on TV and on the menu at the drive thru, I ordered 2 Big Kings they told me the... total would be $8.34 I told the cashier I thought they were on sale to which she replied oh I didn't know you wanted the saleprice. Then she told me the total would be $6 and change I proceeded to tell her that the drive thru menu said 2 for $5 to whichshe replied I don't know what the drive thru menu shows but they are 2 for $6. I've had issues every single time I went to thislocation. I won't go back to this location ever again, rude incompetent employees especially the management. Read more
Been there 3 times on my way to work. Didn't get my order either time. I waited in the line for 10 minutes twice thinking well... maybe the first time they were short handed. the second time wasn't any different. And as soon as I could get out of line Ileft. Stopped in this morning at 7: 47am got the two for five asked for bacon they didn't put no egg or cheese the bacon was cold had... old rendered fat from the bacon on the sandwich went back in got two more sandwiches made with egg and cheese and bacon and itwas all cold it wasn't even fit to eat they weren't busy two people on staff and needless to say they won't have my businessback. Burger king has really picked up their game!!! Getting people though faster!!! Seems they changed the management around letting... actual managers run the place and not trying to bring in corporate higher ups once a week to maintain things!!! Kid with nose ring upgraded me to a large without asking on my combo, when I asked about it she looked me dead in the eyes and... told me that?s what they?re told to do. You people train your employees to charge people more without asking? Your sign stated?meals include small fries and drink.? I want an answer on this, that sounds illegal. This place makes all other Burger Kings look bad. You go by to get food and they say they are closed. You ask them why and they... say because they don?t have any help. But what?s so funny is that. There will be four people out side smoking. This is theworst place in Cherryville for fast food. I like burger kings food and love going. But they make you not want to go to none ofthem. Just saying. The people are very rude even management. While ordering my food twice on two separately occasions the person always rude. I... feel that I rushed today while ordering Why! I don?t know because the line were bagged up anyways. Then I asked twice whileplacing my order to add cheese on my original chicken sandwich guess what no cheese on my chicken sandwich. Went to take thechicken sandwich back in their for them to remake, had to stand at the counter for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging mewhile they kept walking by me not saying anything. Ridiculously slow. When we pulled in even though there were orders on the screen the 2 employees that were working, were both... outside smoking. It took over 10 mins of standing in the dining room along with another customer for the "manager" to evenacknowledge that we were there.. Our food was extremely cold by the time we received it not to mention was made wrong anyway...I was given my cups to make drinks, to which the tea was empty and 3 of the sodas were out. I asked the lady if she could fillthem up at drive thru to which she had an attitude about. I have tried to call the store a few times the past 2 days and no onehas answered. Completely unacceptable. While the manager was asking me what I had ordered, she puts on headphones and startstalking to who ever was in the drive through. Read more
