Everyone needs to be fired and replaced. This mcdonald's is really bad. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits 2 sausage... mcmuffins no egg and 2 hashbrowns. Got the breakfast order and the only thing that was right is the hashbrowns. All theemployees there need to go back to school and learn how to read again. This is the second time in a week that they have completely mess my order up. First time ordered a Lg Dr. Pepper and they gave... me a Diet drink, and gave me the wrong biscuit. Then I ordered a Bacon egg cheese combo and I get to work and don?t have hashbrowns and again wrong drink. I am tired of having to throw away my hard earned money on this company and it?s workers!!! Honestly the rudest experience I?ve ever had. I don?t know who hires the employees here or what the manager is telling said... employee, but out of the the 4 that I had to interact with not one was pleasant. From yelling at me through the speaker in thedrive through after I started to order when THREE cars in the outer drive thru line went and nobody ever took my order (Ithought maybe they didn?t know I had pulled up), then getting my order wrong, then refusing to give me more than 2 sauces for 40chicken nuggets, like it comes out of their pay. This Place is Horrible I would give it a negative rating if I could. Ordered through the app last night and they only brought... half my order. I had to go inside to get the rest only to be met by the manager Nathan who accused me of taking food out of thebag and lying about it. I asked the manager if he wanted to come check my car to which he said he wasn't and that I was a liar.I then asked for a refund or my food and he said he wasn't giving me a refund or my food and that he was calling the police. Why didn't I check the order!!! I ordered a large coffee with 5 sugars. It appears they took it upon themselves to dump 5 creams... into the coffee instead of the sugars. A dollar wasted because I didn't see the blunder until I was back on the road. Get yourstuff together McDonald's! Read more
