Absolutely poor customer service! We placed an order through the Subway App to have our food delivered. Our food sat out on the... counter for 30 minutes before the assignment was even accepted by a door dash driver. The food should've been prepared when theassignment was accepted. We did not get out our food for another hour. The driver for Door Dash was fantastic but the employeeat Subway working was extremely rude. When I tried to bring my concerns about our food to the store manager, he refusedassistance and told me I needed to take it up with DoorDash. I will never eat at this location again. Read more
