For years, I have been dealing with several on line businesses. This one is certainly the top after sales service company that I... ever dealt with. I understand they are a human size organization and they have demonstrated a quick resolution to my open packfood. In few seconds it was resolved. Even more, later I received an offer for a promotion discount if I google my experiencewith them. Is it timing or part of the experience? I don?t know but it was easy to deal with them. Yes! Some Cabane à Sucre is an annual Easter tradition for us. We normally make the trek to QC, but for the second year order... online. Delivery to Toronto was crazy fast; ordered Thurs AM, here on Friday. Haven't eaten it yet, but if it's like the past isgoing to be great. Sad that we can't be at the Sucrerie, but it's also terrific that it's so convenient to get any time. Read more

Review only base on my taste and experiences at other sugar shack. The team is great and helpful. The place is clean and nicely... decorated. But the food lacks so much flavor and need a to be refine. We loved the oreille de christ, potatoes, peas soup, porkbelly cube are to die for!!! The dessert also very sweet and satisfying. Only down side will be definitely the omelette, theirsausages , ham and meat pie were overcooked. Oh and definitely the bread, hard as a rock, please just don't served it since wedon't know where to spread the creton on. Read more

This place is well worth the drive from the city. There is so much food, and it?s all amazing. If you don?t speak French you... will have trouble though, as all the staff are heavily French. They try their best to speak English but knowing even a bit willhelp you out! You get a massive meal including egg soufflés, sausages, potato hash, soup, beans, ham, bacon/pork belly, duckfoie gras rillettes, a tourte and a fresh loaf of bread with a pate spread.
