Never really had a bad experience here, but tonight with my pick up order I did. They didn?t put it in the portal so I had to go... to the counter, that was no problem. But then the night manager, I?m guessing he is, comes and takes my order off the screen sothe girl can?t look at it any more and says I only have one sauce with it. I corrected them and said I had butter garlic saucealso. I looked at the receipt on my phone and said I should have another crazy sauce and the manager said it doesn?t come withthe crazy bread, only the stuffed crazy bread since I got both of them. I showed him my receipt and he just threw my sauce ontop of the other. No one said anything after I corrected them, I said thank you to both the young girl and the manager and didnot receive a ?you?re welcome? or anything. I was polite the entire time and even apologize for not getting my second sauce. Maybe petty but you shouldn?t be rude in customer service when your customer is being nice. Editing to say when I got home the 3meat treat had way more cheese than meat on it and my crazy bread had very small pieces and only had six. The night manager was so rude and crude!! Basically threw the bread at me at the window, because the til was out so you couldn't... use the drive threw. Trust me when I say I am waiting to talk to him- of course the manager of little caesars. Good life!!! Read more

I always order extra cheese and items on my pizzas and I change up the order each time i go. Sometimes it's a beautiful pie and... loaded the way Id like to see it and others i feel like i would've been better off getting a regular pizza. I've never felt likethe pizza was bad though and the employees usually seem friendly and fun. Read more
I have visited this little Cesar?s location twice on the past week and each time their card machine will not accept my gift... card. The manager on shift each time has done absolutely nothing to solve the issue. No attempt to type in the gift card numbersor add in a store credit. If you don?t know how to manage a store, or use a POS system, just say that. Read more
They need to pay attention to who is where in the store. I know there were at least three people in the store because we could... hear them talking. Was in the lobby for over five minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. However when some one cameto the drive thru they were right on it.
