Amazing food and the warmest atmosphere around. It was a taste of home and felt like I was surrounded by family. I can't wait to... go back! I loved the salad bar and the yummy roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and smothered in gravy. Husband had theshowboat burger and son had the fried chicken and baked potato. The potato soup was so savory and delicious. I will haveleftovers due to the portion size which makes me so happy I get to enjoy it another time again. I'm always sad that I can't comehere more often, but excited to make the trip over knowing how delicious everything is. Showboat was friendly atmosphere, the burger and sweet potato fries was very tasty and my husband ordered a black bean burger... also good. Our server was friendly. If ever in this area again. I would return and try their salads. Read more

Four of us went on a Friday night. We got seated right away. Got our drinks in a matter of minutes. The longest it took for... anything was for us to order cuz one of us couldn't decide what they wanted. I ordered the open face sandwich. The mashedpotatoes were creamy, soft and melted in my mouth. They were so good. The only issue we had was we wanted dessert and they werethe food was such a large portion. We couldn't do dessert. It was great tasting. The service was excellent. We've talked aboutcoming up at least once a month for dinner. Read more
I have not been there in years and a friend suggested we go. We went on a Friday night. We had great service and our food the... only complaint we can make is how much of it it was. We could not believe how much food we got and at such a great price. I ordered the open face sandwich, I believe it was the ... pot roast. There were four of us there that night The waitress was right on top of everything making sure we had refills. Ourfood was hot and good and at a great value. We talked about coming more often.
