Not sure if this place is under new management.. but the last 3x i've picked up my sandwich has been missing ingredients. First... time was a pizza sub, with no pizza sauce -__- my son was not very pleased. After this last instance of my sub again having nocheese, i called to speak with someone and was immediately put on hold. Would not recommend this Subway. Read more
They close at 9 and usually im against being orders before close, but was sitting at drive through at 835 to 845 just for them... to ignore a customer. Just watched me drive away from window. Wont be coming back here again. Read more
Got a couple platters today. They were amazing and the girl running the counter in there was super nice????
Just ordered at subway. Wrong order they had me pay for the order in advance. The manager claimed he doesn't know how to... refund. Not sure what is going on as the order was incorrect but he already swiped my gift card. I asked him to call someonefor help or call Chris directly as he wouldn't run his store that way. I waited until the call? Then he came back to tell meChris doesn't know how to do a refund. Wondering who he called . Would like a follow up on this situation as that is poorcustomer service. I ordered from here like 3 times and every single time my steak is literally still freezing cold and my boyfriends subs are... always not toasted. I can?t tell if it?s because these guys are lazy or if it?s just bad workers. Anyway, currently toasting mysubs in the oven which I shouldn?t have to do with fast food. I ordered a turkey, bacon sub with provolone a few vegetables and ranch and now I have food poisoning right before a big swim... meet. A friend of mine who worked there previously said the manager has left old meat sit out to be served to customers. This isabsolutely disgusting. NEVER eat here no matter how hungry you are. Do not try to get food during your lunch. It took them about 25 minutes to make a sub and it wasn't busy at all.
