should be zero stars, thats the level of customer service at this location. Tried to use the drive through, but its cash only,... credit card machine is broken. Go inside and employee ignores me while she plays on her phone. After she takes my order,refuses to allow me to use either the birthday coupon or Halloween special coupon. I have used coupons at this location beforewithout a problem. Manager was no help either. Won't be going back, there are plenty of other fast food holes in this area. Read more
Got the hushpuppy fish and fries. It was so bad and the fries where even terrible. Threw 2 meals away. We wanted regular fish... sandwich but they said they where out of season. Ridiculous it is prime fishing time. Never eat there again. Read more

Went inside to make an order, waited 20 minutes for food. The whole time I heard arguing in the back between the staff. Waited... an extra 10 minutes after food was called out for fries that were cold. It's like the blind leading the blind here. Definitelyneeds alot of people in there to keep things going or someone who knows what they are doing. Never going back or wouldrecommend. Read more

Complete and total incompetence. Picture is after waiting for 10 minutes. Only moved this far because two cars gave up and left.... Lobby closed because they have short staff. How can you not be manned to handle 1 register (drive thru) at 730 on Friday night. Read more
Exceptional service! A young man in the kitchen came to the front of store to talk to me about my gluten allergy, we went over... the menu together and he was able to build me a custom sandwich with the ingredients that didn?t contain gluten and put it alltogether in a salad bowl instead of on a bun. Haven't been to Arby's in a few years since moving from Maryland. It's was very good. They always add menu items but keep the... old favorites. I will be going again since I found one closer to where I'm living now. Read more
